Experience: 15+ years of work experience in Broking in Product Management and P&L management

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- Own and drive the overall P&L of the broking business, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, and market share expansion.

- Define and lead the product strategy across trading platforms, technology enhancements, and customer experience initiatives to strengthen market positioning.

- Develop and manage pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness while optimizing profitability and client acquisition.

- Serve as the primary escalation point for client and sub-broker concerns, ensuring timely resolution and high service standards.

- Oversee operational governance, exception management, and process optimization to improve efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Sales, Operations, and Risk to ensure seamless execution of business objectives and strategic initiatives.
