Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the product growth roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.
- Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments across product journeys, onboarding, pricing, messaging, and engagement.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Data/Analytics teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Analyze user funnels and identify drop-offs, friction points, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop strategies to improve user onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Translate customer and business problems into clear product requirements, hypotheses, and experiments.
- Monitor experiment performance and use quantitative and qualitative insights to make product decisions.
- Build dashboards and regular reports to communicate growth performance, experiment results, and key business insights to leadership.
- Establish scalable growth loops, lifecycle journeys, referral mechanisms, and engagement programs where relevant.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launch, measurement, and iteration of growth initiatives.
- Stay informed about product-led growth, consumer behavior, competitive trends, and emerging growth practices.
- Mentor junior product/growth team members and contribute to building a data-driven experimentation culture.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Product Management, Growth Product Management, Product Growth, Growth Strategy, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience in driving measurable product or business growth, preferably in a technology/product-led organization.
- Strong understanding of the product growth funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referral, and monetization.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, segmentation, and user behavior analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into clear product decisions and actions.
- Experience working with product analytics and data tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of product metrics, customer journeys, and growth frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Business teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and independently identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with an ability to balance user needs, product experience, and business objectives.
- Experience in B2C, SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, consumer internet, marketplace, or other digital-product businesses would be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- A track record of measurable outcomes - for example, improvements in activation, retention, conversion, engagement, revenue, or customer lifetime value - is highly preferred.
