- Develop a deep understanding of camera products, including their features, specifications, and advantages over competitors.
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the camera products.
- Provide training sessions and workshops to educate customers, retailers, and sales teams on camera products.
- Demonstrate the value proposition of our products and assist in building product knowledge and expertise within the organization and among external partners.
- Engage with customers, photographers, and industry influencers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Generate compelling and high-quality content, including blog articles, social media posts, videos, and tutorials, to highlight the features and benefits of company camera products.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies and align messaging with the overall brand image.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the photography industry.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide product expertise, support sales initiatives, and assist in closing deals.
- Offer guidance on product positioning, competitive advantages, and effective sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Passion for photography and a solid understanding of camera technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Technical expertise in cameras and related accessories.
- Proven experience in product demonstration, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the photography industry.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Willingness to travel for events and engagements as required.
- Proficiency in working with post-production tools such as Adobe Suite, FCP, Capture one etc is an added advantage.
