Product Engineering Head - FinTech/Agentic AI

Role Overview:

Provide senior technical and business leadership for a global Fintech platform portfolio. This role owns technology vision, architectural strategy, and platform transformation, with full accountability for P&L performance. The leader drives cloud-native and Agentic AIenabled SaaS platforms, while actively shaping presales, business development, and global market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and lead the multi-year technology and architecture roadmap aligned to growth, margins, and scale.

- Own P&L for the Fintech portfolio, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and investment prioritization.

- Modernize legacy platforms into cloud-native, API-first, Agentic AIdriven fintech solutions.

- Embed autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents across products, operations, risk, and customer workflows.

- Establish enterprise standards for scalability, security, resilience, and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee delivery of digital finance platforms across payments, wallets, credit, lending, and marketplaces.

- Lead presales engineering and solution architecture for strategic deals, RFPs, and client pursuits.

- Partner with sales and BD leadership on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and deal structuring.

- Build and lead large global engineering, AI, SRE, and presales organizations.

- Serve as executive technical and commercial sponsor for key clients and partners.

Leadership & Experience Profile:

- 20+ years of senior technology and platform leadership experience.

- Deep fintech or digital banking expertise.

- Proven P&L ownership and experience driving revenue through presales and business development.

- Track record leading large global teams (500+).

- Strong executive client engagement across Europe and North America.

Technical Expertise:

- Cloud-native, microservices, API-led architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- DevSecOps, CI/CD, SRE, and Agile at scale.

- Agentic AI, LLM-based platforms, automation, and AI governance in regulated environments.
