We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Tech Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex financial software solutions, with a focus on IFRS 9, IFRS 16, credit risk management, and financial modelling. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration, compliance, and optimal functionality of the software within the organization.
Key responsibility areas:
- Preparing and updating the BRD based on the product features, implementation roadmap and client requirements.
- Identifying the client data sources and mapping product data structures to ensure capture of all relevant data-sets for computation.
- Playing key role in project planning for system implementation which includes developing detailed plans, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies, stakeholder co-ordination.
- Explain and lead client conversation on the features of the product and explain how the business requirements are met.
- Perform the master data and rules configuration of the system to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for IFRS 9, IFRS 16, credit risk, and financial modeling.
- Prepare and maintain detailed test cases repository for the application.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on the use of the Application and provide comprehensive documentation for ongoing reference.
- Be proactive and provide post go-live support to the client.
- Identify areas of process improvement and optimization within the implementation process.
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure readiness for new product rollout.
- Manage client issues during a project and ensure swift resolution.
- Focus on total client relationship and servicing a broad range of client needs, manage provision of end-to-end delivery of solution to existing and new clients.
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and generate regular status reports for management to highlight processes, challenges, and key milestones.

- Adherence to the firms standards for processes and quality.

- Generation of business from existing clients.
- Collection targets for the product implementations.
