Product Development Manager  Opportunity with a Leading FMCG company   The Purpose of role is to Lead Product Development in Personal Care  Qualification & Experience :   - Ph.D/ M.Tech/ M.Pharm   - 3 - 6 years of experience in personal care products  Key Deliverable of the Role :  - Identification of new business trends in personal care  - Generation of technical briefs for projects based on consumer in-sighting, and also interaction with marketing  - Development of new products based on technical brief with unique efficacy and sensorial acceptability in personal care products  - Should be able to lead a team to deliver the projects effectively and on time  - Should be able to seek opportunities for Cost optimization without compromising on quality process  - Be able to interface with marketing, manufacturing, commercial and legal teams for efficient and effective progression of projects   - Champion technology up gradation (including new delivery system) to add unique value  - Lead technical and consumer forward innovations in personal care  Skills and Competencies :   - Consumer trends able to identify consumer trends/habits/attitudes through closer interactions   - Co-creation ability to work with cross-functional teams to convert consumer insights into business opportunities  - Application of domain knowledge to convert technology into perceivable consumer benefits  - Techno Commercial resource optimization   - Must exhibit technology led entrepreneurship - ability to create unique (first to market) consumer values that differentiate from existing product and pack  - R&D Process expertise  Growth Path & Future :   - The role holder will have a good opportunity to lead research in new areas of business development
