Product Development Manager - Alcoholic Beverages

Key Responsibilities :

Product Development :

- Lead technical development of new beverages from idea to launch.

- Translate marketing briefs into product formulations and technical plans.

- Work with flavor houses to develop and refine product taste and recipes.

- Support sensory testing and product improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Procurement teams.

- Ensure products are feasible to produce, cost-effective, and scalable.

- Manage timelines and ensure smooth execution of innovation projects.

Commercialization & Scale-Up :

- Support factory trials and first production runs.

- Resolve technical challenges during product launch.

- Ensure products meet quality and production standards.

Regulatory & Quality Compliance :

- Ensure products meet NAFDAC and internal quality requirements.

- Support product documentation and approvals.

Innovation & Trend Monitoring :

- Track beverage trends, ingredients, and flavor innovations.

- Identify opportunities for new product development.
