Product Development Analyst

Job Title: Product Development Analyst.

Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar(Aurangabad-Maharashtra).

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced New Product Development to lead and coordinate product development projects for domestic and commercial product portfolios.

The role involves managing end-to-end product development, preparing technical specifications for compressors and electrical components, cost optimization, and ensuring delivery of high-quality products aligned with market needs and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.

- Manage complete project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, budget, and required quality standards.

- Develop detailed project plans and monitor project progress, timelines, costs, and risks using appropriate project management tools and methodologies.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure project alignment and timely execution.

- Review and approve technical documentation, certifications, and risk assessment documents for new product developments.

- Ensure product requirements related to performance, reliability, and cost are achieved while following engineering best practices.

- Provide technical support to cross-functional teams including Procurement, Quality, Operations, Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, and PMO.

- Support supplier development, component qualification, product validation, and customer homologation activities.

- Audit and validate projects before production release to ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.

- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives within product development projects.

Required Qualifications:

- Preferred: Post-Graduation / Certification in Project Management.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Technical Skills:

- Strong experience in Product Development and Project Management.

- Cost analysis and cost optimization experience.

- Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as Six Sigma.

- Understanding of refrigeration systems and related applications.
