
Description:
- Drive Product Design from 0- 1: Lead discovery, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and handoff for core platform experiences.
- Design high-impact workflows for complex enterprise use cases-turn ambiguity into clarity.
- Partner with Product & Engineering to define problems, map user journeys, and ship features that deliver immediate customer value.
- Establish our design system and raise the design quality bar across the organization.
- Talk to customers directly, synthesize feedback, and translate real-world problems into thoughtful, intuitive solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with founders, product leaders, and GTM teams to ensure we're building what truly matters.
- Influence strategy, not just screens.
Your insights will shape product direction, roadmap, and what we build next.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, complex problem-solving, and clean, intuitive UI.
- Experience designing enterprise or B2B SaaS products is a big plus.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, zero-to-one environments.
- Comfort running user research, synthesizing insights, and validating through rapid iteration.
- High bar for craft-detail-oriented but pragmatic
