Product Design Lead

Own the end-to-end UX for security operations-alert triage, investigations, and safe response actions. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and SOC teams to design workflows that reduce time-to-action, minimize alert fatigue, and scale across enterprise and MSSP environments.

What You'll Do:

Own Core SOC Workflows

Design and own UX for:

- Alert triage and prioritization

- Investigation timelines and evidence views

- Threat graph exploration and entity context

- Case management and analyst collaboration

- Rule tuning, suppression, and policy controls

- Response actions and playbook execution with safety guardrails

- Translate complex security signals into clear, actionable operator decisions.

What You'll Bring:

- 7+ years in product design for complex B2B SaaS

- Experience with security or data-heavy products

- Strong interaction design & user research skills
