About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Design Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the intuitive and high-conversion experiences of our platform. You will be responsible for leading the design efforts, ensuring a user-centric approach, and contributing significantly to the product's success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a product used by a rapidly growing user base. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and ideation to detailed UI/UX design and prototyping. - Develop and champion a deep understanding of our target users, their needs, and behaviors within the Quick Commerce space. - Translate complex user needs and business requirements into simple, intuitive, and effective design solutions. - Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visually stunning user interfaces. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterations. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product strategy and ensure design feasibility and implementation. - Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design and contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent design system. - Mentor and guide other designers (if applicable as the team grows). - Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices in B2C, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce. - Present design solutions and rationale clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Must-Haves: - 4+ years of experience in Product Design, with at least 2 years specifically in early to mid-stage B2C startups. - 1+ year of current or past hands-on design experience in the E-commerce or Quick Commerce domain. - Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX work, including case studies that detail your design process, user research methods, and prototyping skills. - Experience designing for well-known E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or B2C Fintech brands. Nice to Have: - A degree from a Tier 1 Design School (e.g., NID, IIT Bombay). Work Schedule: - Willingness to work from home on Saturdays.
