Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Product Architect to lead the technical architecture of our enterprise products and platforms. This role will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Security, Data, and Cloud teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

The Product Architect will play a key role in modernizing products, enabling API-driven and cloud-native architectures, and preparing platforms for AI-enabled and Agentic capabilities that support intelligent automation and future business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Solution Architecture:

- Define and maintain the target architecture for assigned products.

- Translate business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Establish architecture principles, standards, and design patterns.

- Review solution designs and provide guidance on architectural decisions.

Engineering & Delivery Enablement:

- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads throughout the product lifecycle.

- Guide teams on technology selection, integration patterns, and architectural best practices.

- Drive modernization initiatives and technical debt reduction.

- Ensure architecture supports performance, reliability, and maintainability goals.

Cloud, Integration & Security:

- Promote API-first, cloud-native, and loosely coupled architectures.

- Define integration patterns across enterprise platforms and third-party systems.

- Collaborate with Security Architects to implement security-by-design principles.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.

AI & Future Architecture:

- Support adoption of Generative AI, intelligent automation, and Agentic workflows.

- Design products that can integrate AI services, orchestration frameworks, and knowledge systems.

- Establish architectural patterns for secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- 12+ years of software engineering experience.

- 5+ years in Architecture, Solution Design, or Technical Leadership roles.

- Experience designing enterprise-scale applications and platforms.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud technologies, and modern application architectures.

- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
