Product & Solution Manager

Qualification: MBA (Preferred)

Experience: 7-8 years in product conceptualization and development, preferably for government sector solutions

Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Product & Solution Manager to lead the conceptualization and development of new products and solutions targeted at government sector opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, solution building, and stakeholder coordination, with the ability to translate market needs into actionable offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design innovative products and customized solutions aligned to government requirements

- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) for development and deployment readiness

- Conduct market research to identify trends and government demand patterns

- Build solution decks, concept notes, and pitch documents tailored for RFPs and government presentations

- Act as the go-to expert for solution architecture in response to tenders and bids

Requirements:

- MBA with 7-8 years of hands-on experience in product and solution development

- Proven expertise in designing solutions for public sector or enterprise-scale projects

- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills

- Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver under strict timelines

- Familiarity with government project frameworks and procurement trends
