Product & Growth Manager - IT

KKcorp LLP.4 - 9 yrs.Mumbai

Role Overview:

As our Product & Growth Manager, you are the bridge between the market and the engineering team. You spend as much time talking to users - insolvency professionals, creditors, lawyers, and institutional teams - as you do shaping what gets built and how it gets to market.

This is not a classic PM role with a large team and a mature product. You are joining at the earliest stage, where your customer conversations directly shape the roadmap, your prioritisation decisions have immediate consequences, and your early go-to-market work lays the foundation for how NyaayOS grows.

You will work directly with founders and have a real voice in product and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product

- Own continuous customer discovery - regular structured conversations with insolvency professionals, resolution professionals, creditors, lawyers, and CoC members

- Translate domain insights and user feedback into clear, prioritised, well-scoped product requirements

- Maintain and evolve the product roadmap in close collaboration with founders

- Define what "good" looks like for each feature - success metrics, acceptance criteria, and edge cases

- Own the feedback loop between early users and the engineering team

2. Growth

- Identify, approach, and onboard early pilot users and design partners

- Manage pilot relationships - structured onboarding, feedback collection, and iteration

- Work with founders on positioning, pricing, and go-to-market sequencing

- Track and report on early product metrics - adoption, engagement, and retention signals

- Support founders on investor and partnership conversations where product context is needed Operations

- Run sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions with the engineering team

- Track delivery commitments and flag risks early

- Document product decisions, user insights, and feature rationale - build institutional knowledge the team can reference

- Translate product requirements into engineering plans - estimates, sequencing, and risk flagging

Required Skills:

- 4-9 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, legaltech, fintech, or a domain-heavy startup

- Experience working in an early-stage or 0- 1 product environment - you are comfortable without a playbook

- Strong customer empathy - you can sit with a domain expert, earn their trust, and extract insights that actually change what you build

- Technically literate - you understand how APIs, databases, and AI pipelines work well enough to have a real conversation with engineers

- Strong written communication - you write requirements, specs, and user insights that are clear and actionable without being bureaucratic

- Structured thinking - you can prioritise ruthlessly and explain your reasoning

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with RAG pipelines, LLM APIs, or AI-powered product development

- Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka or equivalent) and async pipelines

- Experience with legaltech, fintech, or compliance-sensitive product domains

- Knowledge of India-specific regulatory landscape (DPDP, IT Act)

Who you are:

- Background in or exposure to insolvency, bankruptcy, or financial legal proceedings (IBC ecosystem a significant plus)

- Familiarity with AI-powered products - you understand RAG, LLMs, and trust / accuracy challenges at a conceptual level

- Prior experience in a business development, customer success, or go-to-market role alongside product
