Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product & Delivery Associate with experience in AI/ SaaS .
The role will act as the primary interface between clients and engineering teams, owning requirement gathering, documentation, execution tracking, and delivery. The role will also work closely with the Product Owner to shape the roadmap and structure client requirements into the delivery pipeline.
This role requires strong ownership of projects, clear stakeholder communication, and end-to-end delivery management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable engineering tasks
- Define project scope, timelines, and delivery plans
- Manage execution using Agile tools such as JIRA
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and sprint outcomes
- Coordinate with engineering, AI/ML, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain product and project documentation and status reports
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Product, Project, or Delivery roles
- Experience delivering AI, computer vision, or SaaS-based solutions
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Preferred:
- Degree in Engineering or Sciences
- Familiarity with AI/ML or data-driven platforms
