- Incumbent will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of the portfolio management product offerings. This role involves overseeing the entire
product lifecycle from conception to launch and ensuring alignment with the companys business
objectives and customer needs.
- The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, sales, compliance, marketing, and operations, to drive product innovation and deliver superior investment solutions to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the strategic roadmap for Asset Management products.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.
- Work with research and investment teams to design and launch new products in asset
management.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful
delivery.
- They need to conduct regular training on AMC products to our employees and other channels.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including product specifications, user
guides, and marketing materials.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional
campaigns.
- Manage and make creative related to AMC products.
- Work closely with operations and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of
AMC products.
- Engage with clients and advisors to gather feedback and incorporate insights into product
enhancements.
- Ensure all AMC products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and market practices to ensure products remain compliant
and competitive.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for AMC products.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior management.
- Utilize client feedback and performance data to make continuous improvements to product
offerings.
Personnel Specification:
Education Masters Degree from an accredited Collage
Experience Relevant experience of 5 years of those 3 years in any of the two PMS/AIF/MF
product.
Skill Sets:
- Communication Skills (Must be multilingual with excellent communication)
- Market knowledge (understand the dynamics of financial business)
