-Product Intelligence - Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and engagement to surface actionable insights for the product team.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing.
- Design and evaluate experiments to measure the impact of new features and product changes.
- Metrics Ownership.
- Define and track product KPIs and dashboards to monitor product performance and user journeys.
- Cross-functional Collaboration.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and business teams to support decision-making with data.
- Opportunity Sizing.
- Quantify product opportunities and validate hypotheses using both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Reporting & Communication.
- Present data-backed insights to stakeholders in a structured, compelling manner that drives alignment and action.
What We're Looking For.
- 2-5 years of experience in a product, data, or business analyst role.
- Strong SQL skills (must-have) and experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Comfort working with large datasets and transforming raw data into meaningful analysis.
- Good understanding of product metrics (retention, activation, funnel drop-offs, etc.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude is a plus.
- Exposure to experimentation frameworks or A/B testing is a bonus.
