Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Product Analyst to support our Product Management team in building and improving solutions for the Fintech and NBFC domains. This role involves assisting in product research, requirement gathering, documentation, testing coordination, and analytics to help deliver secure, efficient, and customer-focused products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating product requirement documents and functional specifications.
- Support in preparing and maintaining user journey flows and wireframes.
- Coordinate with tech, design, and business teams for requirement clarifications.
- Conduct secondary research and competitor analysis for product insights.
- Help track product performance and prepare analytical reports.
- Participate in testing and validation of product features before launch.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology.
- Basic Data Analysis (Excel / Google Sheets, Power BI preferred).
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking.
- Awareness of Regulatory Compliance in BFSI (advantageous).
- Communication and Collaboration Skills.
- Documentation and Requirement Gathering.
