Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Market & Customer Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and leverage customer feedback, surveys, and research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Product Development Support: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define success metrics, track feature performance, and contribute to new product initiatives.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze experiments to evaluate product hypotheses and optimize user engagement and conversion.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build and maintain detailed dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics such as conversion, retention, CAC, LTV, and drop-offs.
- E-commerce Analytics: Use deep understanding of the digital and e-commerce landscape to support decision-making across acquisition, funnel optimization, and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, growth, and operations teams to align analytics and insights with business goals.
- Documentation & Communication: Document key findings, insights, and recommendations, and communicate them effectively to stakeholders across levels.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product or data analytics, ideally within e-commerce or digital consumer businesses.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with funnel creation, event setup, and product tracking tools (e.g., Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude).
- Proven ability to translate data into business insights and develop analytical frameworks for product improvement.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring junior analysts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills able to present complex findings in a clear, concise manner.
