
About the Role:
- We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our product team.
- You will play a key role in evaluating product performance, uncovering user behavior insights, and enabling data-backed decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive product success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to define KPIs and success metrics for new features and initiatives.
- Build dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to track performance and user engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and inform product iterations.
- Support user research by analyzing survey results, feedback loops, and behavioral data.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through presentations and detailed reports.
- Work with engineering and data teams to ensure proper tracking implementation (using tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Segment, etc.
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to support strategic product planning.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics).
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's /master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
