Procurement Transformation Lead - P2P Process Owner

We are seeking a seasoned Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Owner to lead and optimize the end-to-end P2P process across procurement, finance, operations, and IT. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the successful adoption of SAP Ariba and iValua, standardizing workflows, and delivering measurable improvements in cost, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in procurement operations, stakeholder management, and digital transformation within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own and optimize the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring seamless integration across procurement, finance, operations, and IT functions.

2. Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba and iValua, ensuring effective system adoption and alignment with business needs.

3. Standardize and streamline key workflows including supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle management, invoicing, and payment processes.

4. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, compliance, on-time payments, and cycle time reduction.

5. Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure scalable, efficient, and controlled procurement operations.

6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead change management efforts across global teams.

Qualifications & Experience

1. 12-14 years of experience in P2P, procurement operations, or procurement transformation roles.

2. Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and/or iValua is essential.

3. Demonstrated success in leading procurement transformation projects in large, complex, and matrixed environments.

4. Strong understanding of best practices in P2P workflows, compliance, and governance.

5. Excellent stakeholder management and vendor governance capabilities.

6. Experience working in cross-functional, global teams and managing large-scale system implementations.

7. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Certification in SAP Ariba, iValua, or related procurement technologies.

2. Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.

3. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance, manufacturing) is a plus.
