Procurement Specialist - FMCG

Role:

Hiring for a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials. Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of agri-based raw materials, packaging, and indirect materials.

- Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships while negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.

- Drive sourcing strategies for seasonal and agri-based commodities, ensuring uninterrupted supply.

- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align procurement with production plans.

- Monitor supplier performance, optimize procurement costs, mitigate supply risks, and maintain procurement documentation and MIS reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or Business; MBA preferred.

- 5 - 7 years of procurement experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or Agri-based industries.

- Strong expertise in vendor management, strategic sourcing, commercial negotiations, and contract management.

- Hands-on experience with SAP MM, Oracle ERP, or similar procurement systems, along with Advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing categories.
