
Role Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Technology, Cloud, Software, Hardware, Cybersecurity, Digital Platforms and Managed Services categories. The incumbent will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, driving commercial negotiations, managing supplier relationships, and delivering cost optimization while ensuring business continuity, compliance, and scalability.
The ideal candidate should possess deep experience in procurement within FinTech, E-commerce, Digital Commerce, or Technology, and demonstrate strong commercial acumen in managing complex technology procurement engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sourcing for Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Software, SaaS, Hardware, Cybersecurity, Network, and Managed Services.
- Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, licensing models, and renewal terms.
- Develop supplier strategies, performance reviews, and governance mechanisms.
- Identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunities through market benchmarking and spend analysis.
- Partner with Technology, Product, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to support business objectives.
- Ensure procurement compliance, contract governance, and risk management.
Required Experience:
- 12-15 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
- Strong expertise in IT, Cloud, Software, SaaS, Hardware, and Technology Services procurement.
- Proven experience in FinTech, E-commerce, Internet, or Digital-first organizations.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale technology contracts and complex negotiations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Commerce, or Business.
- MBA/PGDM preferred.
- CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certification is an added advantage.
