Job Description Exp: 8 to 12 Yrs CTC Upto 20 LPA Notice Period Max 1 Month - Procurement plan for Raw Materials like insulation foams/ Insulated Panels etc required in thermal packaging products manufacturing. - Strategic Sourcing of materials from International Vendors. - Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers. - Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract negotiations. - Liaison with the production & Store department to maintain optimum inventory. - Liaison with finance department for timely payment of bills & handling vendor enquiries. - Effective management of vendor database. - Development of new vendors and conducting their trainings to educate them about companys requirements and help them in improving their performance. - Evaluating vendors & negotiating the price, delivery schedule and terms and conditions with them. - Establishing and Managing Inbound and Outbound consignment schedules and activity. - Coordinates and plans the International Shipment Factory to customer. - Arrangements of Flat Rack Container and Closed Body Containers. - Coordinates with CHA, Forwarder and provide the all documents. - Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
