- Negotiation & Commercial Excellence

- Supplier Management & Development

- Strong negotiation and contracting skills (proven track record in bulk raw material deals).

- Knowledge of polymer markets, pricing drivers, and supply chain dynamics.

- Analytical capability: cost breakdown, should-costing, index linking.

- Supplier relationship management and cross-functional communication.

- Working knowledge of procurement processes, documentation, and ERP systems.

Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial)
