Role Summary:

We are searching for an Engineering Leader who understands luxury vehicles, global sourcing, technical validation and supplier development. The ideal candidate thinks like an engineer, negotiates like a business leader and builds supplier partnerships for long-term success. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with authorized dealerships such as BMW, Volvo, Tata, Mahindra, Maruti, Hyundai or other luxury automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead engineering procurement, global sourcing, technical validation and supplier development.

- Negotiate like a business leader and build supplier partnerships for long-term success.

- Ensure every component entering the laboratory influences diagnosis accuracy, repair quality, vehicle safety, customer satisfaction and business profitability.

Requirements:

- Qualification: BE Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, MBA in Supply Chain/Operations (Preferred).

- Experience: 12+ years in Luxury Automotive, OEM, Premium Parts Distribution or Engineering Procurement.

- Age: 35 - 50 Years.

- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
