HIRING | PROCUREMENT LEAD

We are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Procurement Lead to take ownership of regional sourcing and lead a high-performing procurement team.
THE ROLE:
As a Procurement Lead, you will drive end-to-end procurement, build strong networks of sellers and collectors, make key commercial and pricing decisions, and ensure the sourcing of high-quality luxury inventory.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own regional procurement targets and sourcing strategy
- Build strong relationships with sellers, collectors, and trade partners
- Evaluate procurement opportunities and drive pricing and negotiation decisions
- Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team
- Drive closures while ensuring pricing discipline and contribution margins
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Servicing, and other stakeholders
- Track market trends, pricing movements, and sourcing opportunities
- Ensure adherence to quality, authentication, documentation, and compliance standards
WHO SHOULD APPLY?:
- 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, premium sales, luxury watches, jewellery, premium automobiles, or allied domains
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in pre-owned luxury products or watches will be an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and field-intensive role
