Procurement Lead Infra Items
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Procurement Lead with 7-10 years of experience in sourcing infrastructure-related commodities.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in steel procurement-Structural steel, TMT, Puff panels, PPGL, GI-and exposure to GFRP (bars/mesh), Ceramic, Fiber, and CP.
This role plays a critical part in shaping our category sourcing strategy across India by leveraging supplier and distributor networks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Category sourcing strategy for above commodities across all geographies in India with supplier/distributor ecosystem/networking in all areas.
- Sourcing, Negotiation, Contract Management & Vendor Management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent communications: internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - ability to build strong networking, relationships with suppliers/manufacturers/marketplace aggregators/platform sellers etc. on favorable terms, based on nuances of a start-up environment.
- Analytical skills - Strong ability/displayed track record on data analytics, market intelligence (its impact and decision basis on its inputs).
- ERP/Systems.
Education:
- B.Tech with 7 to 10 years of experience
- MBA with 5 to 7 years of experience from reputed colleges
