The Procurement Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process of electrical equipment and services required for various power projects, including Solar, Thermal Power, and Transmission Lines.

Role includes Procurement and Contract management for a wide range of electrical equipment, including but not limited to, Transmission Lines, Switchyards, Transformers, Substations, HT/LT Switchgear, CT, PT, Isolators, HT/LT Motors, VFD, UPS, and Cables.

- Develop and execute procurement strategies.

- Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors for electrical equipment and services.

- Explore and implement new technologies, such as HTLS/ACSS, to optimize the use of transmission lines.

- Manage a significant annual procurement budget, with a focus on cost-saving initiatives and market analysis.

- Analyze market trends, commodity fluctuations, and pricing to make informed procurement decisions.

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
