Procurement Head - Solar Industry

We are looking for Procurement Head for Solar BOM role based in Delhi

Exp :10 years

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Identification and Evaluation:

- Negotiating favorable prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Material Procurement:

- Managing the entire procurement process, from creating purchase orders to tracking deliveries and ensuring timely receipt of materials.

Inventory Management:

- Maintaining optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.

Quality Assurance:

- Ensuring that procured materials meet the required technical specifications and quality standards.

Cost Management:

- Analyzing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing procurement processes.

Relationship Management:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.

BOM Management:

- Understanding and managing the Bill of Materials (BOM) to ensure accurate material planning and procurement.

Compliance:

- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Documentation:

- Maintaining accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier information.
