Co-Founder (Technology & AI) Equity -Based Leadership Opportunity

The Opportunity :

This is not a traditional job.

We are seeking a hands-on technology leader who wants to build a large, impactful company from the ground up and share in its success through meaningful equity ownership.

As a Co-Founder, you will drive the technology vision, product architecture, AI roadmap, and engineering execution of the company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the overall technology strategy and architecture.

- Build, lead, and scale the engineering organization.

- Design and develop AI-powered procurement solutions.

- Create scalable web and mobile applications.

- Develop and deploy LLM, Agentic AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

- Build supplier intelligence, quotation analysis, and procurement automation workflows.

- Work closely with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into product solutions.

- Establish engineering best practices, security standards, and scalable infrastructure.

- Support fundraising activities by presenting technology vision and product roadmap to investors.

What Were Looking For :

Must-Have :

- 8+ years of software engineering experience.

- Strong hands-on coding ability.

- Experience building products from concept to production.

- Expertise in Python and modern web technologies.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of databases, APIs, and scalable system design.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building startups.

Preferred :

- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic Workflows.

- Experience building SaaS platforms, B2B marketplaces, or procurement/supply-chain solutions.

- Knowledge of vector databases, RAG architectures, and AI orchestration frameworks.

- Previous startup founder or early-stage startup experience.

- Experience managing engineering teams and product roadmaps.
