
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and documentation of new product ideas.
By maintaining a good customer and market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.
Responsibilities.
Define & Drive Product Vision: Own the product roadmap and align it with company goals by deeply understanding customer needs and market opportunities.
Lead Execution: Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to bring features to life-on time, and with quality.
Customer-Centric Innovation: Engage with customers to identify pain points, gather feedback, and translate insights into clear product requirements.
Prioritize Ruthlessly: Balance trade-offs between customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities to make smart, scalable decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between business, design, and tech teams-ensuring alignment and driving progress.
Measure & Improve: Define product success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
Be a Product Evangelist: Champion product thinking and drive adoption, internally and externally.
Qualifications.
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful products from concept to scale.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Deep customer empathy and ability to translate insights into product strategy.
- Proficiency in using data to inform decisions-comfortable with analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ownership.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for solving meaningful problems at scale.
