Role Overview:


ProcessQ Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organizations strategic and operational initiatives.


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.


The CEO will work closely with the leadership team to drive business growth, ensure operational excellence, and shape the long-term vision of the company.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and execute the organizations strategic initiatives in alignment with business goals


- Develop and drive long-term strategies to support sustainable growth and innovation


- Oversee operational performance and ensure efficiency across business functions


- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to achieve organizational objectives


- Foster an innovative, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture


- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and external engagements


- Act as a key decision-maker in steering the companys vision and direction


Required Qualifications & Experience:


Strategic Planning & Leadership:


- Proven experience in setting and achieving organizational goals


- Strong leadership capability in managing and guiding cross-functional teams


Operational Management:


- Demonstrated expertise in optimizing business processes and resource allocation


- Experience driving operational efficiency across diverse business units


Business Acumen:


- Strong understanding of financial management, risk assessment, and organizational development


Communication & Collaboration:


- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills


- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners


Innovation & Adaptability:


- Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative solutions


- Comfortable adapting to challenges in a rapidly evolving industry


- Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


Education:


- Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)


- Professional certifications in leadership or management are an added advantage


Experience:


- 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles


- Prior experience in the IT or technology sector is preferred
