Process Safety Manager - EHS - Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) operations at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, implementing safety protocols, and fostering a culture of workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies in compliance with legal and industry regulations.

- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and safety inspections to ensure a safe working environment.

- Ensure adherence to environmental regulations related to waste management, pollution control, and hazardous materials.

- Train employees on safety practices and promote a proactive EHS culture.

- Investigate accidents/incidents, determine root causes, and recommend preventive measures.

- Liaise with regulatory bodies for audits, permits, and certifications.

Requirements:

- Min 8+ years of EHS experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, GMP, and safety standards.

- Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and emergency preparedness.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
