Process QA Lead | Wellness Brand (5-7 yrs)

About the Role:

We're currently hiring for a Process QA Lead role with a fast-growing clean-label food brand. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end process quality across manufacturing operations while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence. The position sits at the intersection of manufacturing, quality assurance, process improvement, and cross-functional operations, requiring strong expertise in process controls, compliance systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be driving:

- End-to-end ownership of process quality across manufacturing operations

- SOP, Process Control Document (PCD) & Work Instruction (WI) implementation and standardisation

- Shop-floor audits, GMP inspections & process adherence monitoring

- Monitoring of process parameters, quality checkpoints & SPC metrics

- Root cause analysis, deviation management & CAPA effectiveness tracking

- Process validation for new products, changes & equipment upgrades

- Audit-ready documentation, batch records & quality reporting

- Cross-functional collaboration with production, QC, engineering & supply chain teams

- Driving Kaizen, Lean initiatives & continuous improvement programs

- Team training, capability building & quality culture enhancement

What we're looking for:

- Strong expertise in Process QA, food safety standards & manufacturing quality systems

- Hands-on experience with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, GMP & GHP frameworks

- Experience with SPC tools, CAPA management & root cause analysis methodologies

- Comfortable working across shop-floor operations, process data & documentation systems

- 5+ years of experience in FMCG / Food / Beverage manufacturing quality roles

- Prior experience in large-scale food or FMCG manufacturing environments preferred

- Certifications such as HACCP, ISO/FSSC/BRC Internal Auditor or Six Sigma are a plus
