We are looking for a Process Mining Lead to drive end-to-end transformation initiatives using Celonis. This role combines consulting, delivery, and pre-sales, with a strong focus on AI/GenAI-led process optimization across key business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Delivery:

- Lead and manage end-to-end Process Mining programs using Celonis across multiple clients/projects

- Drive process discovery, conformance checking, and optimization initiatives

- Ensure successful delivery with timelines, quality, and business outcomes

OCPM & Advanced Process Mining:

- Design and implement Object-Centric Process Mining (OCPM) models in Celonis

- Build scalable data models integrating multiple business objects (orders, invoices, deliveries)

- Translate complex process data into actionable business insights

Domain-Focused Transformation:

Drive transformation initiatives across:

- Order-to-Cash (O2C)

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

- Manufacturing (MFG)

- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities

AI / GenAI Integration:

- Lead implementation of AI/GenAI use cases within Process Mining (predictive insights, automation, copilots)

- Drive innovation initiatives leveraging AI to enhance process intelligence

- Build and showcase AI-driven assets and accelerators

PoC & Solutioning:

- Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for clients to demonstrate value of Process Mining + AI

- Present solutions, business impact, and risk assessment to leadership stakeholders

- Convert PoCs into full-scale implementations

Stakeholder & Consulting Engagement:

- Engage with CXOs and senior business stakeholders to understand business challenges

- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and roadmap planning

- Act as a trusted advisor for process transformation initiatives

Pre-Sales & Business Development:

- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and solution design

- Contribute to effort estimation, pricing models, and commercial discussions

- Collaborate with sales teams to win new business opportunities

Project Governance & Best Practices:

- Drive Agile delivery methodologies and project governance frameworks

- Define KPIs, track performance, and ensure continuous improvement

- Mentor and guide junior team members and consultants

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- 12-16 years of total experience with 4+ years in Process Mining (Celonis)

- Strong hands-on experience with OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining) with at least 2 implementations

- Deep understanding of O2C, P2P, and Manufacturing processes

- Proven experience in delivering AI/GenAI initiatives within Process Mining

- Experience in running AI/GenAI PoCs and presenting to leadership

- Strong project management, Agile methodology, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience in proposal writing, solutioning, and pricing

Good to Have:

- Experience in conducting client workshops and discovery sessions

- PMP certification preferred

- Exposure to Pharma domain is a plus
