About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Process Head (HOD Process) to lead the Process Engineering function within a leading Oil & Gas EPC organization.
This is a strategic support function role, responsible for driving process excellence, ensuring standardization across projects, and building technical capability within the team.
The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to align process design strategies with organizational goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and technical leadership to the Process Engineering team.
- Build, guide, and mentor a high-performing team of process engineers.
- Define and standardize best practices across FEED and Detailed Engineering stages.
- Support cross-functional EPC teams in delivering safe, cost-effective, and efficient project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and capability development within the function.
- Review, validate, and approve key process design deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert in process design, simulation, and optimization.
Required Expertise:
- 18+ years of experience in Process Design and Engineering within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex EPC projects.
- Strong proficiency in FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Process Simulation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
