- Demonstrated expertise in Front-End Loading (FEL) methodologies, specifically leading and executing projects through Feasibility Studies (F/S), Pre-FEED, and FEL-1/FEL-2 stages.

- Proven track record of successful engagement and collaboration with major global Ammonia/Methanol technology licensors, including technology evaluation, selection, and integration.

- Extensive experience working with or for top-tier global engineering firms specializing in early-stage project phases for the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors.

- Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling the identification of optimal process configurations and the resolution of complex technical challenges.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate intricate technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and external partners.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and driving consensus in a complex, multi-disciplinary project environment.
