Role: Sales Manager: Team: Sales Location: Bangalore Report To: Vice President - Sales Role Description: - The Sales Management role encompasses acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships to promote Probe42 Business products, identifying and closing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. - Identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities through research, networking and cold calling. - Developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified leads. - Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. - Managing and growing large, strategic accounts to maximize client value and retention. - Negotiating terms and conditions and agreements with new clients to onboard new clients. - Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to management. Skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes. - Familiarity with finance or financial products. - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Flexibility to travel and work outside of regular business hours, if required.
