
Private Pioneer Relationship Manager

Private Banking / Affluent Banking (Private Pioneer)
Location: PUNE , NAGPUR, SURAT, ANAND, VADODRA, AHEMDABAD, MUMBAI WESTERN AND SOUTH
Experience Required:
Minimum 510 years in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Priority Banking with a solid understanding of investment products and affluent client handling

Cluster Head Private Pioneer / Regional Head Wealth & Affluent Banking
Role Overview:
As a Private Pioneer Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Affluent and Emerging High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI). This role focuses on offering a comprehensive suite of banking, lending, and wealth management solutions through a consultative approach. You will act as a trusted financial advisor, ensuring superior client experience and consistent portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Portfolio Management:
- Acquire new-to-bank affluent clients and build a robust portfolio.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Provide end-to-end banking solutions, including savings, lending, and wealth management.
Wealth & Investment Advisory:
- Identify customer financial goals and recommend appropriate investment products.
- Offer advisory on Mutual Funds, Bonds, Insurance, Structured Products, and other third-party offerings.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and realign client strategies as per market outlook and financial goals.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed targets for liabilities, investment product penetration, and cross-sell of bank offerings.
- Drive revenue growth through active engagement and wallet share expansion.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure complete adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory norms.
- Maintain thorough documentation and accurate client records.
Customer Experience:
- Deliver personalized banking and investment services aligned with the Private Pioneer proposition.
- Ensure quick turnaround on service requests through close coordination with operations and service teams.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
510 years of experience in Affluent/Wealth/Private Banking, Priority Banking, or Investment Advisory. Candidates with an existing book of affluent clients preferred.
Education:
Graduate degree required. MBA/PGDM in Finance, or relevant certifications like NISM, AMFI, CFP, NCFM, etc., will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, relationship management, and client servicing skills.
- Proactive approach with a high degree of integrity and client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and drive business targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly/quarterly AUM growth
- Wealth product penetration and cross-sell ratios
- New client acquisition and activation
- Revenue per customer
- Client satisfaction and retention scores
