Private Equity Specialist - Metals Industry

Role Overview:

The position will focus on originating and executing private equity-structured investment transactions in the metals & mining sector.

Key Requirements:

- Strong metals sector view and investment thesis development capability.

- Deep expertise in private equity structuring, equity/mezzanine investments, and hybrid instruments.

- Strong financial modelling, valuation and deal structuring skills.

- Well-established relationships with promoters, mid/large metal companies, PE funds, institutional investors, advisors, lawyers, and consultants.
