Private Equity & Fund Specialist - Financial Services

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Private Equity and Fund Specialist to join our high-performing investment team in Bangalore. In this capacity, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex investment vehicles, ensuring seamless execution of fund operations and portfolio monitoring. You will act as a critical bridge between internal investment committees, external fund administrators, and institutional stakeholders, providing the financial rigor necessary to drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage comprehensive fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, and waterfall calculations, to ensure accurate and timely reporting for limited partners.

- Lead the monitoring of portfolio companies by tracking key performance indicators and financial metrics to provide actionable insights to the investment team.

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel to ensure full regulatory compliance and structural integrity across all investment entities.

- Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring transparency and adherence to global accounting standards for stakeholders.

- Drive the optimization of fund-level cash management and liquidity planning to support ongoing investment activities and mitigate financial risk.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex fund structures and private equity operations, with a deep understanding of investment banking workflows and valuation methodologies.
