Role Summary:

We are seeking a high-caliber Private Client Manager to join our elite Private Wealth division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Total Relationship Value (TRV) of the Private Client segment, specifically targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices with an AUM of INR 6cr and above. Your primary mission is to act as a strategic advisor to corporate promoters and HNI families, identifying and securing new assets while nurturing existing portfolios. You will blend deep financial acumen with investment expertise, working in tandem with Research and Advisory teams to deliver bespoke investment solutions. The ideal candidate is an expert in conflict management and sophisticated communication, capable of navigating complex market environments while adhering to the highest regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

- TRV Growth & AUM Acquisition: Drive the growth of the Private Client segment by acquiring and nurturing a portfolio with a minimum AUM of INR 6cr.

- Strategic Client Prospecting: Actively identify and onboard new promoters in small, mid, and large corporate segments, as well as family offices and Ultra HNI clients.

- Portfolio Portability: Secure AUM growth through new client acquisition or by facilitating the seamless transfer of existing client books to the banks platform.

- Investment Advisory & Review: Utilize financial expertise to review client information and collaborate with the Research and Advisory team to design superior, goal-oriented investment solutions.

- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Execute all wealth management functions in strict accordance with bank policies, SEBI regulations, and local compliance mandates.

- Market Intelligence & Feedback: Provide proactive feedback on market trends, competitor movements, and product performance to suggest innovations for service improvement.

- Service Delivery Excellence: Align service delivery models to create an enhanced, high-touch customer experience for sophisticated investors.

- Knowledge Leadership: Maintain an exhaustive understanding of all wealth products (PMS, AIF, Equity, Structured Products) through continuous professional development.

- Stakeholder Conflict Management: Effectively manage complex relationship dynamics and potential conflicts of interest to maintain long-term client trust.

Technical Requirements:

- Ultra HNI Portfolio Management: 7+ years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Client Groups, specifically handling accounts above INR 5-10cr.

- Advanced Investment Knowledge: Mastery of asset classes including Direct Equity, Alternate Investment Funds (AIF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Estate Planning.

- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, market risk metrics, and macroeconomic indicators to guide client strategy.

- Research Collaboration: Experience in interpreting research reports and technical analysis to formulate tactical and strategic investment calls.
