You will work closely with internal research desks, product teams, and relationship managers to curate bespoke investment portfolios that align with client risk profiles and long-term financial objectives. By delivering superior risk-adjusted returns and maintaining high-touch client engagement, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our assets under management and solidifying our firm's reputation as a trusted partner in wealth creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the internal research and product teams to identify alpha-generating opportunities, ensuring our investment offerings remain competitive and relevant.

- Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and client mandates, proactively rebalancing holdings to optimize tax efficiency and risk exposure.

- Drive business development efforts by identifying new investment opportunities within existing client relationships and participating in acquisition pitches for prospective high-net-worth families.

- Professional maturity to navigate high-pressure environments, with a track record of managing client expectations through transparency and consistent performance.

- A postgraduate degree in Finance, MBA from a premier institute, or a CFA charter, which provides the technical foundation necessary for high-level advisory work.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment, maintaining seamless coordination with cross-functional teams across our major office hubs.

- Minimum 6 - 15 years of relevant experience in the wealth management or equity advisory space, specifically catering to the UHNI segment.
