Job Title : Private Banker / Playing Captain

Role Overview :
The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), delivering customized wealth management solutions across investments, banking, estate planning, and advisory services. The incumbent will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship deepening, and driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through best-in-class offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new HNI / UHNI clients through strong networks, referrals, and market presence
- Manage and deepen relationships with a portfolio of HNI / UHNIs, family offices, and key stakeholders
- Provide tailored investment advisory aligned with clients' risk profiles, financial objectives, and market outlook
- Collaborate with research, product, and portfolio management teams to deliver differentiated solutions
- Maintain strong knowledge of investment products, structured solutions, alternative assets, and regulatory developments
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, KYC/AML norms, and regulatory requirements
- Achieve revenue, AUM, and client acquisition targets
- Maintain MIS reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics
Candidate Profile :
- Prior experience in managing HNI/UHNI clients in private banking or wealth management
- Strong understanding of investment products and market dynamics
- Proven relationship management and client acquisition capabilities
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and stakeholder management skills
