Role Overview:

- The role involves acting as a trusted advisor to High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Ultra High Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs), delivering customized wealth management solutions across investments, banking, estate planning, and advisory services.

- The incumbent will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship deepening, and driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth through best-in-class offerings.

Location: Punjab / Chandigarh / Amritsar / Varanasi / Dehradun / Jharkhand / Jaipur/ Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Acquire new UHNI clients through strong networks, referrals, and market intelligence.

- Build, manage, and retain deep, long-term relationships with UHNIs, family offices, and key decision-makers.

- Deliver exceptional client servicing with a focus on long-term wealth creation.

Investment Advisory:

- Provide tailored investment solutions based on client risk profile, goals, and market outlook.

- Partner with internal research teams, product specialists, and portfolio managers to deliver high-impact advisory.

- Ensure execution of strategies across asset classes including MF, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Debt, and Advisory Mandates.

Product Knowledge & Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Stay updated on investment products, structured solutions, alternate assets, and wealth management regulations.

- Work closely with compliance, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Role-Specific Expectations:

Playing Captain:

- Responsible for both individual book-building and team performance.

- Deliver personal revenue targets while mentoring and guiding team members.
