Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients through own network, referrals, and market connects.

- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular portfolio reviews and advisory services.

Investment Advisory:

- Recommend appropriate financial products across asset classes - equities, debt, PMS, AIFs, mutual funds, structured products, etc.

- Ensure portfolio alignment with client goals, market trends, and risk appetite.

Customized Wealth Solutions:

- Coordinate with product, research, and operations teams to deliver tailored investment strategies.

- Assist in estate and succession planning in collaboration with legal/tax experts.

Revenue Generation:

- Meet assigned revenue targets through client engagement, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies.

- Maintain profitability of the client book.

Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to internal processes and regulatory compliance.

- Maintain all documentation, risk profiling, and KYC norms as per SEBI/RBI guidelines.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Deep knowledge of financial products, capital markets, and wealth structuring

- Strong networking and interpersonal skills

- High integrity and client-centric approach

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent preferred

- 5-10 years of experience in wealth management/private banking

- Proven track record of managing HNI relationships and achieving revenue goals
