Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client-centric Private Banker to join our wealth management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), providing tailored investment advice and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage a portfolio of HNWI/UHNWI clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and service excellence.

- Understand client needs, risk tolerance, and financial goals to deliver personalized wealth planning, investment strategies, and banking solutions.

- Achieve revenue and asset growth targets through cross-selling of investment products, lending, estate planning, and other financial services.

- Act as a trusted advisor and regularly update clients on market conditions, portfolio performance, and new opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML).

- Partner with internal specialists (investment advisors, credit officers, estate planners, etc.) to deliver holistic solutions.

- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively suggest portfolio rebalancing and asset allocation adjustments.

- Continuously identify and pursue new client acquisition opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
