- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing and Community Manager to lead PrivaSapien's growth journey as a global industry leader.

Responsibilities:
- Build and execute integrated inbound and outbound marketing strategies to drive MQL and SQL growth, and directly contribute to marketing-influenced pipeline targets.
- Develop thought leadership programs that translate Privacy Tech and Responsible AI expertise into market-differentiating content, analyst recognition, and brand recall among key audiences.
- Manage the corporate website and optimize SEO strategies to increase organic lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and improve engagement from target personas.
- Lead creation of full-funnel content (awareness to conversion) - blogs, whitepapers, videos, sales enablement materials - designed to drive inbound interest, lead nurturing, and deal acceleration.
- Build and scale a trusted community of CIOs, DPOs, RAI Officers, CTOs, and AI/Data Governance leaders through certifications, leadership councils, webinars, podcasts, and targeted campaigns.
- Plan and deliver webinars, roundtables, conferences, and field events as part of a broader outbound marketing strategy to generate leads, build pipeline, and strengthen brand positioning.
- Design structured feedback programs (surveys, interviews, A/B tests) to gather actionable insights, improve market fit, inform content strategy, and refine outbound messaging.
- Conduct competitor landscape analysis and deliver sales enablement tools (battle cards, FUGs, positioning decks) that help Sales win competitive deals fast.
- Drive PR and analyst engagement strategies to secure high-value media placements and analyst mentions, enhancing PrivaSapien's reputation and credibility.
- Manage external agencies, technology partners, and marketing operations to execute high-impact campaigns efficiently and on budget, while ensuring alignment with inbound/outbound goals and KPIs.

Minimum Must-Have Experience:.
- Proven ability to drive marketing-attributed pipeline growth, optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and deliver measurable ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical progress into thought leadership content and secure analyst recognition.
- Proven track record of improving SEO rankings, increasing organic traffic, and driving lead conversions through website optimization.
- Experience building and growing executive communities (CIOs, DPOs, RAI Officers, AI teams) through certifications, webinars, podcasts, and leadership engagement programs.
Good-to-Have:.
- Experience building and scaling full-funnel B2B content engines that drive engagement and support sales teams.
- Success in executing webinars, roundtables, and events that generate high-quality leads and foster professional engagement.
- Proven ability to design customer surveys and feedback programs that influence product development and marketing strategies.
- Strong background in delivering competitive analysis and sales enablement tools that improve sales win rates.
- Track record of securing media placements, managing PR campaigns, and improving share of voice in key industry channels.
