They help businesses mitigate risks and ensure compliance, fostering growth and trust. Position: Privacy Analyst - Personal Data Protection [To support Data Migration] Exp: 5 to 8 Years (with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on privacy) CTC: Max 17 Lakhs - Privacy Analyst is responsible for a wide range of Privacy / Data governance operational activities, including but not limited to, supporting the end-to-end implementation and execution of Privacy By Design controls. - Candidates should have 5-8 years of overall experience in data protection, privacy security, or IT risk roles, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on privacy. - A key responsibility of this role is supporting the implementation of privacy security controls to meet specific data protection and privacy requirements. - They are expected to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Privacy and Data Protection Capability Area, and support the company's obligations in regard to data protection regulations and requirements. Roles and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Business to support the implementation of PbD control and execute applicable controls - In scope of Privacy/Data governance controls execution perform the corresponding analysis, using the combination of manual and automated tools, gathering the required details, assess the corresponding risks and initiate the remediation actions if needed - Work together with the internal and external stakeholders and ability to manage tasks within agreed-upon timelines to ensure timely resolution - Regular updates with the manager to report on status, progress, and any blockers Skills /Competencies: - Background in privacy and data protection. Basic understanding of privacy regulations and data protection principles - Knowledge and experience with regards to Privacy, Security and Data governance - Understanding of the relational databases ( querying data is a plus) - Ability to prioritize incoming escalations and requests effectively using clear communications. - Ability to investigate, retrieve and analyze data - Good communication skills, self-disciplined - Proficient in documenting findings, issues, and actions in a clear and organized manner - Bachelor's degree (with optional relevant specialized diploma in Privacy/ Data Protection/Security/Data governance)
